Kyle’s Beautiful Loser was one of my favorite debuts of 2013, and after an extensive touring stint the Ventura MC/singer is back with his latest single, “Don’t Wanna Fall In Love.”

The track is one of his best ever, flawlessly incorporating a sample of Jane Child’s “Don’t Wanna Fall In Love” and smothering it in layers and layers of synths.

Kyle’s trademark has been his humor and candor as a rapper, and both qualities are on full display here. He’s not the most technically gifted MC, but he’s one of the most charismatic we’ve seen in a while.
