It’s been a minute since we’ve heard from Gold Panda. Riding in with “Quitter’s Raga” and “You” around 2009-10, two singles that dabbled in the earthy, sampled based music of Four Tet, and releasing last year’s Half of Where You Live, he’s has had quiet 2014. “Clarke’s Dream,” premiered via Giles Peterson, is a left-turn for the producer with slick, funky horn samples and propulsive hi-hat heavy beats.
