Vic Mensa and Kaytranada. Do we really need to say more?

In the past year, Vic has gone in a new direction that hasn’t always worked (“Major Pain”), but has been absolute fire when it has (“Down On My Luck”). “Wimme Nah” falls into the latter category, as he perfectly rides a fire Kaytranada beat.

I’ve always felt Kaytra has been underutilized by rappers, but leave it to Vic to recognize how well his unique brand of electronica can sound under a quality verse.

Vic isn’t saying anything revolutionary on “Wimme Nah,” but he sure sounds good saying it.
