Cepasa is a Ukrainian electronic producer who caught our attention with his hypnotic, melancholy new single “But You Don’t Know.”

Thanks to a series of beautifully layered synths and some creative autotune riffing, the song has an atmosphere and emotional depth that a lot of similar electronic music lacks. In some ways it reminds us of SBTRKT, who always keeps his tracks from sounding too cold and robotic.

It’s always rare to find a producer truly willing to experiment and try something different, but Cepasa shows on “But You Don’t Know” a knack for quiet, understated electronica that is sure to turn heads.
