I’ll give you a little background – I love singing along to songs. From my room to the communal showers at the gym, no place is safe from my vocalization. Sometimes, I get a little bit excited, and I don’t learn the words to the song so I make up my own cause I’m so hyped on a new song.

Therefore, it should come as no surprise that “El Perdón” by Nicky Jam and Enrique Iglesias is working its way into my “repertoire.” I took Spanish for like ten years and I went abroad to Argentina for a few weeks, but I have no idea what this song is about. I’m gonna let you in on a little secret: it doesn’t matter, this song kicks ass.

To be completely honest, I was feeling this song before I even heard it just cause I saw Enrique’s name. But you know what? I was pretty jazzed when I pressed play and heard some tasteful nylon guitar. Do yourself a favor and make this song your ringtone already.
